Description

These analogue clocks are operated and controlled by serial time code of a corresponding MPU-TC / BMC master clock, which contains data on the year, month, day, hour and minute. Each movement has its own microprocessor to receive the time code, to recognize the position of the hands and, ultimately, to automatically set the hands to the correct time. Each time code clock is connected via a 2-core bus cable, which supplies the 24 V DC power supply and the serial time code (advantage of simple wiring). Mixed operation with pulse operated analogue slave clocks is also possible. In the event of a power failure, the analogue clock is temporarily stopped. After comeback of power and during initial commissioning, the hands are automatically and quickly moved to the 12 o'clock position and then set themselves to the correct time.
